We shall read an article from the new Yale online journal Music and Religion, “Buddhism as Performing Art: Visualizing Music in the Tibetan Sacred Ritual Music Liturgies
Bernard Kleikamp will introduce the article and subject. Bernard is director of Pan Records, a label that focusses on music from all over our planet. Many of the titles in his vast catalogue are real gems, not the kind of common stuff you find everywhere. From this vantage point Bernard has been a connoisseur of world music since ages, but on top of that he recently decided to get a degree in Tibetan language and culture at Leiden university.
